At our first meeting, I educate you as we review all aspects of the home buying process. If you are from another part of the country, often the procedures here are very different from what you may be used to. There can appear to be a quagmire of documents to get through, but I feel it is extremely important that you gain the knowledge to glide through the home buying process with ease.

I provide booklets to guide you along the way - lists of contacts for exploring the utilities, taxes, repair people, and all other resources who we may require later. I give you maps, which we will follow as we travel, to help orient you to the area, and information on specific demographics of each area of interest to you. If you have specific interests, I will include extensive information on such topics as bicycling trails, hiking, kayaking, recreation and schools - both public and private. Financing is covered and we institute the process to get your loan approved.

After our initial meeting you will feel a good comfort level about finding your next home. From the extensive book that I prepare specifically for your housing desires, we reduce the search to only those homes of most interest. Surprisingly, it usually takes no more than a day or two to find the right home!

I am personally with you every step of the way... from writing the contract, to presenting it on your behalf, following up with inspections and completing all of the other details to lead you to Moving Day. Know that you are always dealing directly with me - where your comfort and joy are my main concern.
